Summary of Hours Report

A report that lists employee worked hours

The Summary of Hours report provides a listing of hours worked for employees. The report is broken down by Payroll Company and then Location.

To access the Summary of Hours Report from the system tree, select Payroll, Reports, Transactions, Summary of Hours.

Within each Location the report is divided into Hours Type, for example Double Time, where the hours are provided for each employee.

Totals are listed by Hours Type, Location, Payroll Company and Report Total.

The Summary of Hours is generally produced without employee details for easy analysis, however, you may choose to include employees, by selecting the Show Employees checkbox.
