The MicrOpay Digital Assistant and Help Centre are now in the same location.
The MicrOpay Help Centre is accessible in Access MicrOpay Evo, or add the Help Centre link https://help-micropay.theaccessgroup.com/en to your favourites:
Within Access MicrOpay Evo, click the Digital Assistant button located on the menu bar.
This will open the Help Centre.
Find the answer to your question
Search for articles...
To find the answer you're looking for, search the Help Centre or ask the Digital Assistant a question and let it find the answer for you.
At the top of the Help Centre, type what you're looking for in the Search for articles field. Articles that match your keywords will appear.
2. On the home screen, click the topic tile that best matches your question. Curated Collections articles will appear for each topic selected. When you find what you're looking for, you can click the article to review. To go back to the start, click the path section you would like to go back to, or All Collections to go back to the home page.
3. To the right of the article, click the article section you want to know more about.
4. Related articles will appear at the bottom of the Help Centre article.
Ask the Digital Assistant
You'll find the Digital Assistant launcher at the bottom right of the Help Centre screen. Click the launcher to maximise the Digital Assistant to ask a MicrOpay question, read News Items, or view spotlighted articles. Read how to maximise your use of the Digital Assistant for more information.
