You may receive this error message in the bank name. The record that is missing the bank name will be missing details and be misaligned when compared to the other records.
To correct the error:
In Bank Accounts for the employee, click the ellipsis (three dots) button on the right of the employee's bank record.
Select Edit.
Enter the Bank name for the BSB. This is to recognise the Banking Organisation and branch.
Click Save.
