Error: Invalid Parameters when setting up STP Credentials

If you receive this error, follow the steps below to verify the correct information is included in your Company Details.

  1. Login to MicrOpay as Administrator.

  2. Go to Access Micropay, Common and Company Details.

  3. Enter the Company Name and ABN.

  4. Enter the Physical and Postal address (Ensure you have entered Address 1, Suburb, State, Post code and Country)

  5. Key in the Contact Person and their Email address.

  6. Click on the Single Touch Payroll tab.

  7. Enter the valid Client ID and the Password.

  8. Ensure you have the BMS ID.

  9. Click OK.

  10. File and Exit log off

  11. Then log back into the DB again as Admin

  12. Go Access Micropay, Common and Company Details and click on Single Touch Payroll tab.

  13. Click on Test Connection.

  14. It should show as Connection Successful.

If the connection doesn't show successful, please raise case online.
