Employee is not reported or included in STP Reporting

Find or view the reason an employee is excluded from Single Touch Payroll

There is a MicrOpay IQ Report available that can assist you.

  1. Go to Common, IQ.

  2. Find IQB-STP - STP Audit Report.

  3. Enter a value in Include Terminated. Enter 0(False) will exclude Terminated employees and 1(True) will include them.

  4. Select OK.

The results that appear will list employees with any validation messages. Review the Message column for details and, if necessary, fix them before processing the STP Event.

If the employee doesn't appear on the report:

  1. Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Employee, Employees.

  2. Edit the employee who doesn't appear.

  3. Select Termination Details and check to see if Exclude from STP Reporting has been ticked.
