There is a MicrOpay IQ Report available that can assist you.
Go to Common, IQ.
Find IQB-STP - STP Audit Report.
For Include Terminated, enter either 0 (False) to exclude Terminated employees or 1 (True) to include them.
Select OK.
The results will list employees with any validation messages. Review the Message column for details and, if necessary, fix them processing the STP Event.
If the employee doesn't appear on the report:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Employee, Employees.
Edit the employee who doesn't appear.
Select Termination Details and check to see if Exclude from STP Reporting has been ticked.
If all employees are missing from STP, check that the database has been enabled for STP2. This is a process you will need to complete for new databases to submit STP Events. You need to have Administration access to do this.
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, STP2 Setup.
Click on the Status tab.
STP2 is Enabled will display in the bottom left in red if you have completed the enablement process.
If this is not displayed, check the Status for each Page/Check is Complete.
When all Page/Checks are Complete, click Enable STP2.
Note: If your new database is in the Hosted or Payroll Online environment, contact support via MyAccess to enable STP2.
