You can report on employee salary changes using the IQ Report, Payroll Employee Salary Changes.
Go to Common, IQ, and locate IQB-Emp009 - Payroll Employee Salary Changes.
Import Payroll Employee Salary Changes.xml
If you can't find IQB-Emp009 - Payroll Employee Salary Changes IQ report in your list, you can download and import the report following the instructions below:
Download and save the following zip file to your desktop - Payroll Employee Salary Changes.zip download file
Unzip the file to your desktop.
Log into MicrOpay and select a Payroll Database.
Go to Common, IQ.
From the toolbar, select Import.
Browse to your desktop and select the Payroll Employee Salary Changes.xml and click Open.
Click Import, then click OK when the import is complete.
Run the Payroll Employee Salary Changes Report
Go to Common, IQ.
Double-click on IQB-EMP009 - Payroll Employee Salary Rate Changes.
In the Parameter screen, enter 1. Date From and 2. Date To.
Enter either 0 for false or 1 for true in Include Terminated.
Click OK to run the IQ Query.
When the IQ Query is run, the results will show in a separate grid window.
To refine the results returned, you can edit the IQ Query so that only relevant data fields are retrieved.
