Report when an employee was last paid

Report to find when an employee was last paid and why the Last Pay Date is either not populating or incorrect

There may be times when you need to find the last period in which an employee was paid. The Last Pay Date in the Employee Grid and in IQB-EMP004 - Payroll Employee Details (Report) is used to record when an RDO was last paid to the employee. This field will be blank for employees who aren't attached to an RDO class.

To find when you last processed a pay for an employee, use one of the following options:

  • Employee Enquiries (Payroll, Enquiries) - enter a large date range up until your current Period End Date. Sort by Period End Date to find the most recent for the employee.

  • Employee Previous Earnings Report (Payroll, Reports, End of Pay) - enter a large date range up until your last completed Period End Date. Scroll to the end of the report for the most recent Period End Date for the employee

  • IQB-RET003 - Payroll Employee Transaction Total Details (Report) (Common, IQ) - this report includes one line per employee, per transaction, and is a good option for multiple employees. To find the last Period End Date for each employee, use Save Grid to extract the data into an Excel file. You can then use Grouping and the Max function in Subtotals to find the most recent period end date.
