An Agent with Administrator rights can restrict other Agents' access to Payroll Company, Location and Pay Frequency in MicrOpay.
To update Agents, go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, Agent Administration and edit the Agent you need to update. Then select the Payroll Tab.
Location Access
Location Access is a drop-down list, tick any Location the Agent can access. The default setting is access to all Locations.
Payroll Company Access
Payroll Company Access has a separate tab on the Payroll tab. The default is that Access All Payroll Companies is ticked.
To limit the Agent’s access, untick Access All Payroll Companies, then click Select to choose the Payroll Company or Companies the agent can access.
Pay Frequency Access
Pay Frequency Access has a separate tab on the Payroll tab. The default is that Access All Pay Frequencies is ticked.
To limit the Agent’s access, untick Access All Pay Frequencies, then click Select to choose the Pay Frequencies the agent can access.
