The data displayed in Implement HR Changes is based on what the Agent has access to.
To check Agent access, complete the following:
Select Access MicrOpay Administration.
Select Agent Administration Agents.
Edit the Agent's Name.
Select the Payroll tab.
Check that the Agent has access to All locations, All Payroll Companies, and Pay Frequencies.
Update if required and select OK to save the change.
If any changes were made, Log out of Access MicrOpay.
Log back into Access MicrOpay, Implement HR Changes, and all data should now display.
