As a security measure there you can't see what a user's current password is. If you need to change your password or update the password saved to your computer, follow the steps below.
Change your password
To change your own password:
From the Utilities menu and select Change Password.
Enter the old password and enter and confirm the new password.
Click OK to save the change.
Log out of Micropay.
From the sign-in screen, enter the new password. Tick Save Password to save the new password.
Change another user's password
You can change users' passwords via the Agent Administration. Use this if:
the user or agent doesn't know their password, or
you don't know your current password, but use Save Password from the login screen.
To do this:
Log into MicrOpay as an Admin user.
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, Agent Administration, Agents.
Edit the Agent to update.
On the General tab, enter New Password and Confirm Password. These need to match.
Select the Options tab and tick Agent must Change Password on Next Login when changing another agent's password. This will force the agent to update their password when they login.
Click OK to save the change.
