Hosted Online - Request a new user for the hosted environment

Add or set up a new user in the payroll online cloud environment

To request a new user for the hosted environment, please contact support via MyAccess and ask for a support specialist. Include the following information:

  • Do you need to increase the number of users on your current license?

  • Are they replacing an existing user?

Details about the new user:

  • Client number

  • Name (first and last)

  • Email Address

  • Job Title

  • Phone Number

  • Mobile Number

  • If they are replacing an existing user, provide the name of the user that should be removed.
