To request a new user for the hosted environment, please contact support via MyAccess and ask for a support specialist. Include the following information:
Do you need to increase the number of users on your current license?
Are they replacing an existing user?
Details about the new user:
Client number
Name (first and last)
Email Address
Job Title
Phone Number
Mobile Number
If they are replacing an existing user, provide the name of the user that should be removed.
