To assist us in solving your login issue, provide the answers to the following questions in your case description:

  1. Are you getting an error?

  2. What does the error say? Can you upload a screenshot to your case?

  3. When did you last log in successfully?

  4. Are other users able to log in?

  5. How far into the login process did you get? I.e. did you get through MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) or didn't get that far?

  6. What operating system are you using? Note: HOME EDITION for any Operating System is not supported.

  7. Are you using your normal PC from your normal location? I.e. are you logging in from home on your home PC as opposed to in the office from your work PC, where you would normally be?
