If your RemoteApp is disconnected, or you get a message Contact your System Administrator, you will need to raise a case online and reference the title of this article so your account can be unlocked. We will contact you when it has been unlocked.

In order to solve the issue, follow the steps below:
Raise a case online and reference the title of this article so we can provide you with a new login detail. Please include:
First and last name
email address.
You will receive an email with the new login details.
Log in to the account using the provided details to reactivate the account. The link will expire in one week.
Tip: Log into the account frequently to avoid your account being removed.
