When you change phones, you will need to register your new phone for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) in the Hosted Cloud Environment.

You need to have access to both your new and old phones to complete the steps below. Ensure the miniOrange Authenticator app is installed on both phones. If the app is already installed on both phones, skip Step 1 - Install mobile app.

If you only have the new phone, raise a case online to request an MFA reset.
Step 1 - Install mobile app:
Scroll down to the instructions for your device.

Search for MFA-Authenticator miniOrange
Download and install the mobile app.
For Android:
Scan the code below:
Or for manual install
Go to Google Play Store.
Search for Authenticator miniOrange.
Download and install the mobile app.
Step 2 - Log into miniOrange website via computer:
Open https://payrollonlinemfa.xecurify.com/moas/login on your computer browser.
Enter your username (e.g. JohnDoe.h12345) without @hostedmicropay.local.
Click Login.
Enter your Password (Hosted or Payroll Online password).
Click Login.
Select MiniOrange Authenticator option.
Click the Push Notification bell icon.
Open the miniOrange Authenticator app on your old phone.
Click Accept / Approve when you receive the authentication prompt.
Step 3 - Configure Second Factor
On your computer, select Setup 2FA at the top.
Select MiniOrange Authenticator.
Click Edit.
On your new phone, open the miniOrange Authenticator app.
Click the + button to add a new account.
Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen. Don't scan the QR code in these instructions. You may need to allow access to your camera to do this.
If the QR code scan on your new phone is successful, you will see the 'Push notifications configured successfully' pop-up in the top-right of your computer browser.
On your computer browser, click your initials in the top-right.
Select Sign out.
Repeat the section, Step 2 - Log into miniOrange website via computer, to confirm that the authentication prompt arrives on the new phone.
You can delete the account and remove the app from your old phone.
