If you are not receiving notifications follow the below steps:
Step 1 - Check miniOrange notifications on Mobile
Open the miniOrange Authenticator app on your phone immediately after entering your Payroll Online credentials on the Remote App.
If there are no prompts, tap Notifications at the bottom and the swipe down to refresh.
Clear all pending notifications in the list by tapping the Green Tick on the far right.
Step 2 - Log into miniOrange website on your PC
Open https://payrollonlinemfa.xecurify.com/ in your computer browser.
Enter your Payroll Online username without @hostedmicropay.local (Example: JohnDoe.h12345).
Click Login.
Enter your password (Hosted or Payroll Online password).
Click Login.
Select Push Notification bell icon.
Open the miniOrange Authenticator app on your phone. Check how fast you receive the notification prompt on your phone.
Click Accept when you receive the authentication prompt.
If the prompt does not arrive, click Phone is Offline, enter the 6-digit code and click Verify.
To find the 6-digit code: Go to your miniOrange Authenticator app on your phone, click Home in the bottom left. The 6-digit code will display on the Home page and refreshes every 30 seconds, you need to enter the code before it refreshes.
If the six-digit code fails multiple times and you can't log into the miniOrange website raise a case online and request an MFA Reset.
Step 3 - Re-Sync the MFA Notifications
On your computer, click Setup 2FA at the top.
Select MiniOrange Authenticator click Edit on the far right. The QR code will appear.
Open the miniOrange Authenticator app on your phone.
Click + (plus button) and select Scan QR code option.
Note: Do not click the ellipsis button (three dots) next to your account in the app and select scan QR code. This gives an Invalid QR Code message at the bottom and the QR code scan fails.
If the QR code is successful, the 'Push notifications configured successfully' pop-up will appear in the top right of your computer browser.
On your computer, click your initials in the top right and select Sign out.
Using the Remote App, login to Payroll Online and accept the authentication.
If the prompt is not immediate, on your mobile, slide down to view your notifications. Click the miniOrange Authentication in the list and click Accept.
If the above step fails, return to Step 1 - Check miniOrange Notification on Mobile.
Should the prompt still not arrive and does not appear in the notification list on your mobile, raise a case online to request an MFA reset.
