You can choose to display a watermark when producing Pay Advices. This will include a light grey pattern behind the detail of the pay advice from the headings down. It won't appear behind the top section, which is the employee's name, address, etc.
Desktop Customer
If you are a Desktop customer, complete the following steps:
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, System Settings.
Locate AdviceWatermark in Identity.
Enter:
SHOW to include the Watermark
HIDE to exclude the Watermark.
Click OK to save the change.
Hosted Online Customer
If you are a Hosted Online Customer, you will need to contact support via MyAccess and a Support Team member will assist in making the change. When you contact support, include in the Description the name of the database you want to change and whether to show or hide the watermark.
