Pay Advices are displayed based on today's date. You will see them for the past two years and up to one year in the future. For example, if today's date was 1 May 2025, you would see pay advices dated between 1 May 2023 to 1 May 2026. If there are no Pay Advices within this range, then nothing will display in ESS.
When Pay Advices are not uploading into ESS and they are for the current financial year, follow the steps below to reproduce Pay Advices:
Log in to MicrOpay and go to Payroll, Reports, Transactions, Pay Advices.
Make your selections.
In Delivery Method, select Upload to ESS.
Select the Period End Date.
Tick Reprint Pay Advice.
Click Produce.
Check your ESS to make sure the Advice is now visible. If this has not resolved your issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
