Pay Advices are produced each period and supplied to employees. They outline what the employee is receiving in their pay. Pay Advices can be given to employees via ESS (or other third-party portal), email or paper. The Notification Method is nominated in the Pay Details of the employee record.
For leave balances to be updated to the end of the current period, you need to run Update Leave prior to producing Pay Advices. For more information, see Leave Balance on Pay Advices.
For more information on each field on Pay Advice, download Pay Advices and MicrOpay.
