Long Service Leave pro rata isn't showing on Pay Advices

The Employee must complete the Coningency Period for Long Service Leave to display on their Pay Advice. The Contingency Period is entered into the Long Service Leave class under Pro-Rata Entitlement.

The calculation is based on the Employee's Long Service Leave Entitlement Date.

If the Employee has met the required criteria and the Entitlement Date is correct but the data is not displaying on the Pay Advice, check that the Long Service Leave Pro Rata field in the Pay Advice, Leave Tab has been selected. If this is not ticked, the balance on the Pay Advice may be the Entitlement Hours minus the Taken Hours, which may result in a negative balance.

If your employee is attached to an Hours Worked type Long Service, this needs to be displayed in hours rather than days or it will not show.
