Email Pay Advices are not being received by Employees

Employees didn't get their email pay advices

When email pay advices are in progress, a Sending Email message will display in the Process Log window for each employee. If there is an issue, you will receive a message.

You will need to log in as an Administrator in order to be able to review the process or check the setup.


Review the process and obtain the date and timestamp:

  1. Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Tools, Message Log Viewer.

  2. Choose Email Pay Advices.

  3. Review the second line in each entry for the status of the process.

  4. Review the Group Time and Date and Time columns for the date and timestamp.

If successful, this means emails were sent from your mail server. The Message Log Viewer will not detail any bounce backs or failed deliveries. This information will be in the mail server.

Check the email settings are correct:

  1. Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, System Wizard.

  2. Select Email tab.

  3. Click Test.
