If the employee is using a gmail account, then for MicrOpay desktop customers the underlying issue is with the gmail service provider, rather than with the MicrOpay product itself. It may be worthwhile asking your IT manager to contact the GMAIL service provider to see how your IT network settings can be best managed to resolve the issue.
β
You can test sending the pay advices for the employees to an alternate email address, e.g. the employee's work email address. If no resolution for the gmail account is found use the alternative email address when sending pay advices.
β
If the email pay advice has been bounced, MicrOpay has successful sent the email. You will need to liaise with your IT team to find the cause of the email bouncing.
