A manager or approver can see Leave Applications that they need to approve for their team by selecting the Approvals menu or the Leave Application tile from the Dashboard.
If applications don't appear in My Approvals, this could be because:
The application has already been approved
The application was cancelled before being approved
To check whether the leave application has been approved or canceled, you can review:
The Leave page from the Employee's profile
The Leave applications audit report from the Dashboard
The Leave History or Applied leave by date reports from the Teams page. You can access these reports from the ellipsis (three dots) button.
