MicrOpay ESS - Emergency contacts to MicrOpay from ESS

Unfortunately, Emergency contacts are not sent to MicrOpay as there is no corresponding field to assign them to.

There is a report from ESS that can be run for all members from the Directory, or by individual Team. There are 2 steps that need to be taken to make these changes.

To change permissions in ESS

  1. Go to Settings, Roles and Permissions.

  2. Select the role that you want to add the report to.

  3. Click Edit, under Reports, ensure that the setting for Medical & Emergency is View.

To access the report in ESS

  1. Go to the Directory from your dashboard.

  2. Click the Three Dots in the top right.

  3. Select Medical and Emergency report.
