Emergency contact information is not sent to MicrOpay as there are no corresponding fields to allocate them to.
You can run a report for emergency contact details for all members from either the Directory, or by individual Team. You will need to grant permission for users to access the report.
To change permissions in ESS
Go to Settings, Roles and Permissions.
Select the role that you want to add the report to.
Click Edit. Under Reports, ensure that the setting for Medical & Emergency is View.
To run the report in ESS
Go to the Directory from your dashboard.
Click the Ellipsis (three dots) button in the top right.
Select Medical and Emergency report.
