Leave Reports, Team Reports, and Medical & Emergency Reports are all available for a Manager to run for their Team in ESS. You may need to edit the Roles and Permissions in ESS to allow for this.
Go to Settings, Roles & Permissions.
Under Manager Roles, select the Role you want to update.
Click Edit.
Go to Reports and ensure that View is enabled for the reports you want Managers to have access to.
Click Save.
The next time a manager logs in, they will be able to run reports for their direct teams. They will not be able to run a report for an indirect team.
To run the report as the Manager in ESS:
Go to Teams.
Under Teams I Manage and click the ellipsis button (three dots).
Use the ellipsis button on the heading Team I Manage to include all direct teams in the report
Use the ellipsis button on the individual Team to report on just that team.
Select the report you want to run.
