STP Reporting is not responding

STP Reporting is not responding, I have been waiting for ages and STP Reporting is still not displaying data.

If STP Reporting is not responding, please check that the version of Microsoft SQL Server is a supported version, and the database Compatibility level matches the version of SQL.

To find the version of Microsoft SQLServer that MicrOpay is installed on:

  1. Log into MicrOpay.

  2. Select Help and click on About from the top menu.

  3. Scroll to Server information and find SQLServer Version.

To check the database Compatibility level:

  1. You will need to have access to the database if you do not contact your IT.

  2. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, run as administrator.

  3. Right-click on the database(s).

  4. Select Properties

  5. Click Options.

  6. The Compatibility level will display.

If your SQL version and compatibility level are on a supported version of SQL and STP Reporting is still not loading, responding please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
