The STP Year to Date Report allows you to compare employees' STP Year To Date (YTD) reported values to their YTD processed pay values. When there is a discrepancy between the two sets of values, the amount of the discrepancy is displayed as a Difference.
Reviewing the Difference column enables you to quickly check that STP Reporting is up to date with YTD payroll processing, for one or more employees.
The report can be produced at any time during the year, but it is mainly intended to be run during EOY processing, prior to submitting your STP Final Event of the year.

To run the report:
Go to Payroll, Reports, End of Year, STP YTD Report.
For Payroll Company and Location you can select individuals, multiples or all.
Select Pay Frequency, you can only choose one frequency at a time.
Either tick All for Employee or select one.
Select the Financial Year.
Either tick All for Income Type or select one. The report will include employees with the selected Income Type in the Financial Year.
If you choose one Income Type but the report includes an employee with more than one Income Type for the year the report will include the Other Income Types values as well.
Select the Sort Order.
Click Preview.
