Registration Codes hold your MicrOpay license information and are created based on the PIN that appears in your MicrOpay instance. If your PIN is different to the one the Registration Code generation was based on, when you enter the Registration Code and click Next you will receive a message that the Code is invalid. To have a new Registration Code issued that matches your PIN raise a case in the Customer Portal and include the following screenshots from the Registration Wizard:
Company Name
PIN Number and Registration Code
When you receive a new Registration Code enter this into MicrOpay via the Registration Wizard. There are two different ways to access this:
Registration prompt that appears when you log into MicrOpay
Selecting Registration from Utilities
Registration Prompt
If you are still within your demonstration period or if your current registration code is about to expire, you can access the Registration Wizard from the prompt that appears when you log into MicrOpay.
Open MicrOpay, select your database and Sign In.
A message will appear.
Click Register Now to open the Registration Wizard.
Utilities Menu
Sign into MicrOpay.
Click on Utilities and select Registration.
The Registration Wizard
Once you open the Registration Wizard, follow the steps below to enter your Registration Code.
The Welcome to Access MicrOpay Registration Wizard page will appear, click Next.
Leave the Company Name as it appears as changing this will change the PIN Number and your Registration Code won't match. The Server Name and Common Database will also display. Click Next.
Check that the PIN Number matches the PIN in your Registration Code Email.
If they match, copy the Registration Code from the email and paste it into the Registration Code field.
Confirm that the Registration Code you entered is the same as in the email.
Click Next.
Your Registration Details are displayed.
Review the Registration Details and click Finish. A message will appear advising that 'Changes to your registration details may not be reflected until you exit and log off'.
Click OK.
Select Exit and Log Off from the File menu.
