We have a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) in place for transferring data.
For uploading or downloading of data, go to: https://transfer.micropay.com.au
Use your existing FTP Login and Password to access this site. If you do not have these details, please comment on your existing case.
Ensure that all files uploaded to this site are zipped. An error will be received if you attempt to upload a .bak file.
Note the s in https://. This is a secure connection and will not work without the https:// at the start.
You may wish to password protect the file for further security; this can be done when you zip the file.
Ensure that you add a comment to your case for our support team to confirm once data has been uploaded and provide details of the password if you applied one.
