There may be times when we ask you to upload your payroll data to our secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site to transfer data.
For uploading or downloading of data, go to: https://transfer.micropay.com.au
Use your existing FTP Login and Password to access this site. If you do not have these details, please request them from support.
Ensure that all files uploaded to this site are zipped. An error will occur if you attempt to upload a .bak file.
Note the s in https://. This is a secure connection and will not work without the https:// at the start.
You may wish to password protect the file for further security; this can be done when you zip the file.
Ensure that you advise our support team once data has been uploaded and provide details of the password if you applied one.
