Only Administrators can access this report. The Database Audit Log Report in MicrOpay contains a log of changes made to Employee or Person records.

The information logged in the report includes:

Agent Name
Employee
Date Updated
Table
Field
Old Value
New Value
To View Agent Name, details must first be entered on the General tab of the Agent screen located in Access MicrOpay Administration, Agent Administration.
Go to Access Micropay Administration, System Configuration, Database Audit Log Report
Select the Table to audit from the Logged Tables dropdown list.
To view all Employee Payroll Tables select <All Payroll> or <All HR> for all Person Human Resource Tables. Alternately, choose one Table to view.
If one Table was selected, the option to choose Logged Fields will be available from a check list.
If <All Payroll> or <All HR> Logged Tables were selected this field will remain greyed out.
To view all Logged Fields leave this field as <All>.
The Logged Users field lists Users who have access to Micropay. Individual Users can be selected from the check list or to view all Logged Users leave this field as <All>.
The From Date and To Date fields represent the date range over which changes were made.
The Order of the report can be modified by selecting the Primary and Secondary Sort Order fields.
Select Email, Print or Preview to view.
