A leave reason can only be deleted if the leave reason has never been used.

To delete a Leave Reason:
Log into MicrOpay as an Administrator user.
Backup the database using Utilities, Backup Database.
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, System Settings.
Edit AllowLeaveReasonDeletion from N to Y. This field is case sensitive.
Click OK.
Log out of MicrOpay, and back in, for this change to be effective.
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Leave, Leave Reasons.
Select the Leave Reason.
Click Delete.
Then click Yes to confirm deleting the reason.
Go back to Access Micropay Evo Administration, System Configuration, System Settings, and change AllowLeaveReasonDeletion from Y back to N.
Click OK.
Log back out of MicrOpay and log back in.
