To add a logo to your Pay Advice you need to create a customised Pay Advice. You can this if you have the Report Writer Module. Alternatively, you can request a consultant to write or update the pay advice, by raising a case online. We will provide you with a quote or an alternative.

To update a logo:
Take a backup, Utilities, Backup Database.
Select Payroll, Reports, Transactions, Pay Advices.
In the Report tab, select a previous Period End Date and select Reprint Pay Advices.
Select Preview, and the previous pay period Pay Advices will display; select Close.
Click the Layout Options tab, and tick the selected Layout you wish to update the logo for. You need to select a customised layout, these have black text. The standard layouts have blue text and cannot be modified.
Select Design Layout, and Report Builder will open, displaying the layout.
Right-click on the current logo, select Picture.
Browse to the location of your new logo and click Open. This will insert the new logo.
You can click and drag the image to change the position.
To resize, click on the image and use the white circles to click and drag the image to the new size.
Select File, Save.
