MicrOpay Onboarding was introduced in version 9.3 SP2 (June 2024), and by default, this feature was turned on for all customers.
If you would like to opt out or turn off the Onboarding feature, follow the steps below:
Go to Access MicrOpay Administration, System Configuration, Onboarding Setup.
Select Opt Out.
Click Save.
Note: Only users who belong to the Administrators group will have permission to Access MicrOpay Administration.
