Getting Started with Access Evo
If you are a Payroll Online Customer:
You will need an Access Evo login for at least one user. If you have not yet signed into Access Evo, use this link then select Forgot Password to set a new password. If your account is not current, you will receive an error that signing in requires an active Access Evo account. If that happens raise a case via the Customer Portal and a Support Team member will contact you.
Request your Security Token here. When we receive your request, we’ll connect your data for you and notify you once.
That's it, MicrOpay and Access Evo are now connected! You can start exploring Access Evo:

If you are a On-Premises Customer:
Before you start, ensure that:
Your MicrOpay version is 9.4 B1 or later
You have your Security Token handy
You know your SQL server name and user credentials and that you have assistance from your IT team or whoever is responsible for managing your SQL server, to install the Data Loader on the server.
You will need an Access Evo login for at least one user. If you have not yet signed into Access Evo, use this link then select Forgot Password to set a new password. Request your Security Token here. Once received, keep it handy you will need it to connect MicrOpay with Evo.
Connect your MicrOpay data to Access Evo using the Data Loader which makes your data available in Evo through Analytics and Copilot. You may need assistance from your IT team or your SQL Server Administrator, to install the Data Loader on the same server as your MicrOpay database(s).
