MicrOpay Evo Copilot
What is Copilot in Evo?
A component of MicrOpay Evo, Copilot is an intuitive chat-based interface that is available in-product and on your mobile phone, powered by Microsoft OpenAI and privately hosted by Access to keep your data safe and secure. It’s your digital assistant delivering what you need while you work. Everything from HR policies to financial queries and smart email suggestions can be done in an instant.
What can I use Copilot in Evo for?
You can use Copilot in Evo to perform many of your daily work activities. For example, you could ask Copilot in Evo, “Can you help me build a strategy for..." or "Can you help me write an email to explain..."
Do I have to ask questions in a particular format?
You don’t have to use a specific format or style to ask Copilot in Evo questions. You can phrase them in any way, just like in a normal conversation. To get the most out of Copilot in Evo, it helps to keep your questions concise and specific.
Will Copilot in Evo always give me the correct answer?
Copilot in Evo creates an answer using the context it has – your question, data in the large language model (LLM), and Access-owned data specifically provided to it. It uses these collectively to provide the best answer it can, but you should always review the results in case it made a mistake. With the Analytics plug-in, Copilot in Evo tells you how it got the data, such as the view or filter applied, so you can “sense check” to make sure it’s logical and reasonable.
Will I always get the same answer to the same question?
Copilot in Evo might not answer the same question in the same way every time. It’s powered by a large language model that mimics the way the human brain works. It responds based on the context available to it at the time, so it might respond differently to the same or similar questions, just as a human brain would.

What is Feed?
Feed consolidates data from your MicrOpay system into intelligent alerts and notifications personalised to what is important for you and your role. Feed automatically manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most. Similar to Copilot in Evo, you can launch Feed from the MicrOpay Evo platform using the Access Button.

What is the Access Evo mobile app?
The Access Evo Mobile app keeps you connected with your MicrOpay data on the go, providing access to features like Copilot in Evo and Feed. Your team can now access information in MicrOpay to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively without needing to access the core software.
Data security and privacy
How can I be sure my data remains secure?
At Access, we believe we must keep our customers’ data safe, secure, and confidential, whatever technology we use. All your data and information are kept within a private, secure environment. Your data is never used in other OpenAI systems. Access Evo uses our 3-tier security model that allows anyone in your company to use AI within a secure and private environment. No customer data will leave the controlled infrastructure.

What access to our data is given to our employees who use MicrOpay Evo?
Your employees only have access to the data they're entitled to interact with or view without Copilot in Evo. It maintains all user permissions and controls – no one can see what they shouldn’t have access to.
