If your pay advice preview shows thousands of pages, more than expected, and you only see the bottom half of each pay advice, your temp folder is full.
To resolve the issue, clear the temp folder and re-run the pay advices. Clear the temp folder on the computer that previewed or produced the pay advices. For desktop customers, contact your local IT team for more information or if you don't have permission to delete files on your computer.
