Error: 'Error initialising report data! Reason: String or binary data would be truncated in table' when producing Pay Advices

Received this error, 'Error initialising report data! Reason: String or binary data would be truncated in table' when producing Pay Advices

This error means that something is too long to include on the Pay Advice. The error will include further details about what is too long.

Review the full error and look for the column and value. The column will indicate what field is the cause, and the value will be the data that it's trying to insert. For example, if you have Super Scheme Fund as the column, this means that one of the Super Funds has a name that is too long. The value will detail which fund.

To correct the error, go to the maintenance area that needs fixing, Superannuation Fund in the example above, and edit the record causing the error. Once you've updated the record, produce your pay advices.
