You may see this error if there is an error when emailing pay advices if you have selected Use Microsoft Azure Graph API in your email setup. To find the error, you need to review the Windows Event Viewer.
Click Start (Windows icon in your taskbar).
Type Event.
Select Event Viewer.
Expand Applications and Service Logs and select MPay_AdvSendEmail.
Review the errors.
You may need your local IT team in order to review and correct the error.
