If you want to use Date Worked to show a breakdown on Pay Advices, you need to include the Date Worked when you process transactions. To do this:
Go to Payroll, Transactions, Processing, Extended or Express Timesheet.
Select Change Form Options from the Options menu.
Tick Display Date Worked.
Click OK. This will close the transaction window.
When you re-open the timesheet, you will have the Date Worked field. The date will default to the Period End date and you can update it. The field is available for all Pay Components, i.e. Normal hours, Overtime Hours and Adds and Deds.
β
βNote: For Autopays, all hours for the employee will have the Period End date as the Date Worked. You will have to manually enter the transaction to create the breakdown of Date Worked.
β
To show the Date Worked on pay advices, in Reports, Transactions, Pay Advices, select the Display Options tab. Tick Date Worked and set it to Default which is a checkbox in the bottom left of the screen.
