This can happen when the Period End Date has been changed, either when the End of Pay process was completed or later in Pay Frequencies. Date Worked will default to the last Period End Date plus the number of days in the frequency. For example, if the last fortnightly period end date was 20 June, then Date Worked will add 14 days and default to 4 July.
β
If you need the Date Worked to reflect the Period End Date, you will need to change the date in the Transactions. For Autopays you will need to delete the hours and re-enter.
Date Worked is different to expectation
Date Worked on the Transaction Report and Pay Advice are incorrect of don't match the Period End Date
