The Pending Hours and Pending Days on the Leave Balances Report refers to all leave applications that are yet to be processed or paid in MicrOpay. This includes Approved, In Approval and not Approved leave applications.
Pending Days won't display on the report for approved leave applications that are yet to be paid in MicrOpay. Leave applications that are yet to be approved will show in Pending Days. This may mean that Pending Days are missing or less than expected, given the Pending Hours.
