Leave Applications and Profile Changes follow the workflow that is current at the time the application or change was made. Meaning that if you move the member to another team, the Pending Approvals will remain with the previous Manager and not move to the new Manager. You will receive a message when changing the member's Team, warning you if there are Pending Approvals.
To see which Manager was assigned, an Administrator can:
Select Approvals.
My Approvals will display, use the drop-down list and select Other Approvals. This will display all outstanding approvals for all employees.
Search for the employee's application or profile change.
There are two options to approve the leave application:
The previous Manager or an Administrator can approve or decline the application or change.
The leave application can be cancelled and then re-entered so that the approval goes to the employee's current manager.
