When a Leave Application or Profile Change is approved, the change is immediately reflected in ESS as ESS is live.
The MicrOpay Client Services (MCS) that connects MicrOpay Evo and ESS has interval checks. Meaning that MCS checks for leave applications or profile changes based on intervals set up in MCS. Therefore, a leave application or profile change won't be available in MicrOpay until after the next MCS check. For Leave Applications, this usually occurs each hour and for Profile Changes, this is usually every two hours. This can also be affected if there is a disconnect between the API and MicrOpay.
