If your employees lose their activation link or the link expires before they have used it, you can resend it. If the employee didn't receive the Activation Email, please refer to the article below:
To resend the Activation Link:
Locate the member in ESS.
Select Account Settings.
Under Account Information, click Resend Activation Link.
This will send the Activation Link to the member's email address and change the Account Status to Activation Link Sent with the new Expiry date.
