Employee data flows between MicrOpay Evo and ESS. The changes included in the flow will depend on which way the data is going e.g. MicrOpay Evo to ESS or vice versa and whether it is the first time data is being sent to ESS or not. The different instances are:
Initial Sync from MicrOpay Evo to ESS - creates the member in ESS
Subsequent Syncs from MicrOpay Evo to ESS - updates the existing member in ESS
Changes in ESS that are sent to MicrOpay Evo - updates the employee record
There are a number of fields included in an initial sync that are not included in subsequent syncs. The fields that are updated are generally those used in processing or are managed from MicrOpay Evo, e.g. tax, super and employment information. The fields are not included in subsequent syncs, e.g. Personal Information, Contact Details and Bank Accounts are those where the changes are made in ESS and sent to MicrOpay Evo.
