If you are missing Employee or Employer Contributions from your Superannuation File, there could be a couple of reasons:
Where you are missing one or more components but not all from the column, this could be because the code for the component isn't included in the File Layout. For more information and steps to resolve, refer to the article Include a new Employer Super Contributions in Super File Layout.
If you are missing all components from the column, this can occur when the fields in the Super File Layout are incorrect.
To check if the Fields are incorrect:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Superannuation, File Layout.
Edit the File Layout your Fund(s) uses.
Select the Detail tab.
Check the Name in the Destination List (box on the right) for the Employer and Employee Contributions. The fields are incorrect if you have one of the below:
Employee Pre Tax
Employee Post Tax
Employer Additonal
