Employees missing from the Significant Date Report

Employees are excluded from or not appearing in the Significant Date Report and how to roll the Significant Dates to the next month or year.

The Significant Date Report includes all employees who have the selected Significant Date(s) within the date range. For Significant Dates with repeat selected (either Yearly or Monthly), the report still requires the month and year to be within the selected date range to be included in the Report.

To change the Significant Date to the next Significant Date, e.g. to their next Anniversary:

  1. Go to Payroll, Reports, General, Significant Dates.

  2. Select the parameter required.

  3. Tick Roll Dates to update the Significant Date on the employee's record, based on the Repeat field.

  4. If you want to remove the Significant Date from the employee record as it has expired, e.g. Probation, tick Clear Date.

Note: To Clear Dates, the Significant Dates need the Repeat field set to No and Allow Clear on Print is ticked.
