MicrOpay ESS Error: 'We couldn't find an account with that e-mail address'

User receives the below message when trying to access or reset their password in ESS: 'We couldn't find an account with that e-mail address'

This error can be received by a user when they are trying to reset their password or log into ESS.

For users receiving this message, ask them to:

  1. Open a browser (preferably Edge) in incognito mode, i.e, Ctrl+Shift+N

  2. Enter their Sign-in name on the Login page.

  3. Click Forgot your password.

  4. Enter the Email address associated with their user and click Send code.

  5. Enter the code from the email into the Verification code and click Verify Code.

If the error persists, raise a case online, reference the Title of this article, and provide the username experiencing the error.
