This error can be received by a user when they are trying to reset their password or log into ESS.
For users receiving this message, ask them to:
Open a browser (preferably Edge) in incognito mode, i.e, Ctrl+Shift+N
Enter URL https://ess.cloud.micropay.com.au.
Enter their Sign-in name on the Login page.
Click Forgot your password.
Enter the Email address associated with their user and click Send code.
Enter the code from the email into the Verification code and click Verify Code.
If the error persists, raise a case online, reference the Title of this article, and provide the username experiencing the error.
