View Only access in MicrOpay may be given to users (or Agents) who are able to view Employee Records but are not to be granted permission to edit any records.

In order to restrict an Agent's access so that they have View Only permissions;
Login as Admin.
Go to Access Micropay Administration, Agent Administration, Agents
Click to open the relevant Agent account.
Click the Options tab.
In the Options area, tick the Restrict Employee Details to View Only checkbox.
Click OK to save record.
When the Agent opens an Employee Record, the alert View Only appears in the bottom left corner and OK is greyed out. The Agent can move through each screen and view details. Once they have finished viewing the record, they must click Cancel to exit.
