Agent View Only Access set up

Restrict user to read only access.

View Only access is granted to agents (users) who aren't granted edit permissions to Employee Records but need to be able to view Employee Records.

To restrict an Agent's access so that they have View Only permissions:

  1. Log in as Admin.

  2. Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, Agent Administration, Agents.

  3. Edit the Agent.

  4. Click the Options tab.

  5. In the Options section, tick Restrict Employee Details to View Only.

  6. Click OK to save the record.

When the Agent opens an Employee Record, View Only appears in the bottom left corner and OK is greyed out. The Agent can navigate through each screen and view details. Once they have finished viewing the record, they must click Cancel to exit.
