When you run key processes and make changes to some maintenance windows, the change is recorded in the Message Log Viewer for auditing purposes. Logs in the Message Log Viewer include:
EFT Export
Leave maintenance
End of Pay process
Superannuation Processing
Transaction Import
Logs are not generated for all processes or maintenance windows (e.g. Additions and Deductions, Superannuation Funds).
Log in as a user with Administration permissions to access Message Log Viewer.
Review Message Log Viewer
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Tools, Message Log Viewer.
Choose the Log you want to review. The log will display in a grid on the right.
By default, the log will be grouped by Group Time. Click the plus for each date and time to expand the log. To expand all, right-click in the grid and select Expand All. Some processes, e.g. End of Pay will cover multiple Group Times.
You can change the order by clicking on the heading.
To export the log, click Save.
