You can receive Dishonour as a Status Message if your Direct Debit hasn't been processed by Beam.
If these situations, you will need to make these payments by the date specified in the message. When making the payment, ensure that you include the 18-digit Payment Reference Number (PRN).
If Beam doesn't receive the payment by the specified date or the PRN doesn't match, the batch will be cancelled. To cancel the batch earlier, contact support via MyAccess.
Once the contribution batch has been cancelled, you can resubmit the batch.
